Nice large bungalows in a pleasant garden setting close to the beach. Unfortunately the beach was not too good for swimming. We enjoyed the free wi-fi and restaurant.

Location, nice beach in koh Yao noi however. Ear in mind you will need to hire a scooter to access the rest of the island as with any accommodation on yao noi. Roads are very quiet so not as scary as it sounds!
Poor service overall. Bathrooms not clean and rooms not serviced once during 4 night stay. Had to keep asking for toilet paper! Breakfast extremely slow, pricey and orders constantly mixed up! Air con only works some of the time and water shuts of periodically for 5-10 minutes or so (was haopening 1-2 times in an averag shower) which although have a hot water service are not even warm. Rooms could. Be very nice however if these issues were addressed in future as they are pretty little bungalows in a garden setting opposite a nice beach.

Close to the beach and free wifi in the reception area. Best food nearby "Pasai Seafood", 300 m north along the beach! Absolutely fab! The ower/chef/bartender/do- all made the best food we had during our vacation in Thailand! The spring rolls were just amazing! We had the best meals here during our two week vacation.
Somewhat dirty place, bugs in the room. Poor service when we asked for bedlinen för the extra bed we paid for ("you need linen also...?"). Husband nice and friendly and he played great music in the bar. Despite the lack of cleanliness etc I recommend this more than other places within (very) close vicinity since the other places looked even worse! Neighboring "resort" (!) has a pool, 100 Bath pp/day to use.

Well located across the road from a good swimming beach with a couple of hammocks, many restaurants and also some shops nearby. We found the cheapest scooter rentals to be on Pasai beach as well. The resort's garden is easy on the eye with lots of flowers and grass. The resort restaurant also has an atmospheric little bar corner for an evening drink or some wireless internet time. We stayed in a "budget" bamboo fan hut (for standard island price) but nicer ac rooms with solid walls are also available.
Judging from the outside at least, out of all bungalows ours seemed most sketchy and in worst shape. You couldn't use the bungalow's terrace due to the fleet of underground wasps buzzing around (their "hive" was in the ground just in front of the terrace). These wasps also get frequently inside the bungalow because of the big gaps in the floorboards. Inside, it was terribly, terribly hot despite the fan (granted, we visited during the hot season). The floor has begun to rot/give away in two places (due to moisture dragged from the shower, I believe) and someone's foot is going straight through the floor one of these days soon. The bungalow was also home to two rather large resident spiders lurking from the bathroom ceiling, and sometimes we caught them strolling around the bathroom... No hot water and no hooks for towels anywhere, although there was a closet. So at least request not to get this particular fan bungalow with the multi-coloured roof.
